Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what Gaply collects when you use offer.gaply.org, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We wrote it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email hello@gaply.org and we'll explain.
1. Who we are
Gaply is a product and venture studio that helps creators monetize their audiences. "Gaply", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Gaply Studio. Our website is offer.gaply.org.
2. What we collect
When you fill out a Pay Check, Money Map, Brand Match, or Audience Showdown form, we collect:
- Your name and email
- Your audience information (platforms you publish on, profile links, audience size, niche)
- Your monetization information (current monthly income, revenue streams you run, brand-deal rates)
- What you want the report to focus on
We also collect technical information automatically:
- Pages you visit and how you got there (referrer, UTM parameters)
- Device and browser information (type, OS, screen size, IP-derived approximate location)
- Session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity
- Conversion events via Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram), used only to measure and optimize ads
3. Why we collect it
Two reasons:
- To deliver your report. We use your inputs to produce the Pay Check, Money Map, Brand Match list, or Audience Showdown evaluation you requested.
- To improve the benchmark. Aggregated, anonymized inputs become part of the creator income benchmark dataset we use across all our reports. This is how we keep the benchmark accurate and current.
The benchmark explained. When you submit your niche, audience size, monthly income, or revenue streams, those values may be stripped of identifying details and added to our anonymized creator income dataset. The dataset currently covers 50,000+ creators and grows weekly. It powers the "median monthly income for creators like you" and similar comparisons across our reports. No individual creator is identified in the dataset. By submitting a form, you agree to this anonymized inclusion. You can request removal of your inputs at any time by emailing hello@gaply.org.
4. How we use your contact details
We use your email to:
- Send you the report you requested
- Send follow-up emails related to that report (the Top 1% Playbook, Workshop, or Audience Showdown when relevant)
- Notify you about updates to the tool you used
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. We don't sell your email to anyone. Ever.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run the business:
- Supabase stores your submissions in our database.
- Stripe processes any payments (Top 1% Playbook, Workshop).
- Netlify hosts our forms and pages.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) receives conversion events from our Pixel so we can optimize ads. We send hashed identifiers only.
- Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session behavior to help us improve the funnel.
- Email delivery providers send the reports and follow-ups.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your individual data with brands, partners, or third parties for their own marketing.
6. The creator income dataset, in detail
Our aggregated, anonymized creator income dataset covers 50,000+ creators and grows weekly. It powers the comparison features across our reports. Specifically:
- The dataset stores fields like niche, audience size band, monthly income band, revenue streams active, and tier classification.
- The dataset does not store your name, email, profile URL, or any unique identifier that could be used to trace data back to you.
- Inputs are bucketed and aggregated. We do not display any single creator's data anywhere. A reader of any of our reports cannot identify you from the dataset.
- You can email hello@gaply.org to request your inputs be excluded or to request a copy of what we have on you.
If we ever change how the dataset works, we update this policy and notify users who submitted in the prior 90 days.
7. Your rights
You can email hello@gaply.org at any time to:
- Get a copy of the data we have on you
- Correct your data
- Delete your account and your data
- Opt out of the benchmark while keeping your account
- Object to processing or restrict it
We respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU, UK, California, or Canada, your local laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA) give you these rights and a few additional ones. We honor them in all jurisdictions regardless of where you live.
8. Cookies and tracking
We use:
- Necessary cookies to make the forms work and keep you logged in to the admin panel if you use it.
- Analytics cookies via Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site.
- Advertising cookies via Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and show retargeting ads.
You can opt out of advertising cookies in your browser settings or via Meta's preferences. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from getting your report.
9. Data security
We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest (Supabase managed Postgres), restricted database access, and audit logging on the admin panel. No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting you, we notify you within 72 hours.
10. Children
Gaply's services are for adults running creator businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, email hello@gaply.org and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Gaply is based in Canada. Our service providers are primarily in the US and EU. By using our service, you consent to your data being transferred and processed in those jurisdictions under appropriate safeguards.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that affects how we use your data, we update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, email everyone who submitted a form in the last 90 days.
13. Contact
Privacy questions, data requests, complaints, anything: hello@gaply.org. We respond within 5 business days.
